Hello, hope you like my stories and occasional Astrological case study. My goal is to write about Astrology, drawing on my counselling background. Please feel free to ask questions or leave comments.

I have been a professional Astrologer and Counsellor for over twelve years. I Like to work in different Modalities, something that my Mars in Gemini allows? I like to use images and other visual learning tools in my work. Creative Visualisation tools are wonderful ways to learn about self and others. Astrology is a wonderful creative tool that allows myth and symbolism to enrich our lives.

hi there, I have featured you on the Top 10 Sources of Astrology News here:

    Hope you get some traffic!

  2. 2 Elsa January 19, 2008 at 19:47

PS I would like to add the RSS feed to your blog to that page so all your posts are linked automatically but can’t find one. Do you not publish one?

  3. 3 kingsley January 19, 2008 at 19:57

Thankyou very much Elsa, I will go and have a look over there now. I am not too familiar with the rss feeds however I did try to find that function in my manager. There was a function there where I can add urls of trusted sites. Most likely I will need an upgrade for the function and that costs I believe.

kingsley, I am sure it does not cost to publish a feed but I don’t know how to do it either so I put up a blog on my site:

asking someone to come help you and hopefully someone will be right over.
I am sorry to use your comments like this. I would email but I don’t see anyway to do that. Please feel free to delete. Very glad to see you writing. 🙂

Cheers Elsa, you compile quite a good list of astro blogs; and a very good blog of your own. My blogsite seems to have rss according to my explorer web browser. I am still trying to work out how to get an rss image/url on the actual blog though. I will keep trying.

I see it the link there allll rght. I added you to the news. When the spider finds you your (old) posts will flood in all at once. I will delete them on this first round and then everything should flow smoothly. Thanks very much for the compliments. 🙂

In channeled readings through different sources (Jon Fox, Maurice Cooke, et a.), Vesta is identified as the remnant core of the planet Maldek (or Jmojer). These sources suggest that this planet was populated by peoples similar to those who populate earth, and that negativity became so great, that the planet was destroyed.

If Vesta is indeed the remnant core of such self-destructive energies, could there be an interpretation of this planetoid that goes beyond the re-workings of Greek mythology?

    Thank you for responding.

  8. 9 kingsley August 29, 2008 at 09:13

That is very intersting about Maldek, Steven. I suppose you could be right about the Greek mythology and in that case there may be much more to Vesta on different levels. The Greeks did not see Vesta as negativity and perhaps for me it is more about “passion”. I could imagine that sort of ‘drive’ becoming out of proportion in concentrated forms.

I was wondering what you would say about Pluto conjunct BML in Scorpio? And how would a transit on this same config. manifest?

  10. 11 kingsley October 26, 2008 at 06:18

Hello Ken, the configuration you mention is an interesting one. I could only find one chart reference for BML conjunct Pluto in scorpio in the 8th house. That was around 24 April 1990.

Pluto conjunct BML is quite interesting though. There is a great deal of sexual charisma with this one. People such as Rock Hudson, Paula Abdul, Julio Iglesias, Paul Newman, Charles Manson, Justin Timberlake. One could say on this small sample that Pluto and BML works very charismatically with sexual undertones.

Elvis Presley has BML conjunct Pluto in the 8th house, so there is another example of how popularity or the appeal to create that popularity through shaking your hips. Elvis just had that “look”, he mesmerized people and developed his own music cult. That is powerful indeed.

In Scorpio perhaps that can power be taken even further I am not sure. The 8th house is the cosmic purging centre and where things get mixed up between self an others. It feels like the Lord of the Rings type of power to me. Could someone handle the power in this ring; BML Pluto in Scorpio in the 8th? One would need some positive and creative outlets here and I am not talking about flower arrangements.

I was wondering where you got your information for Martin Bryant’s birthtime. I would like to pass it on to the Astrodienst databank as they have incorrectly listed Bryant as being born in Newtown and with a different time. To correct them I will need provide the reference for the source. With thanks/
