I like using words in the process of communicating and expressing my ideas.  For someone with Mars in Gemini in the first house words can be my arsenal, my saviour and even my undoing.  Sometimes words can be confusing. There can be more to communications than the words have intended.  While Mercury the ruler of words is in Pisces there is greater chance that words can be misinterpreted.

A friend of mine asked his new area supervisor “how are things?” She replied with a curious glance “what things – what do you mean?” My friend is the most straight forward and down to earth person that I know.  There would have been nothing underlying or suggestive in his communication. This is a fine example of Mercury in Pisces for his area supervisor.

We all know that 95% of human communications are non verbal . That is we use body language and ‘silence’ in our communications to express ourselves in complex ways.

I might say in a Mars – Gemini kind of way “you fucking dickhead”. However you may not see the way I am saying these words. One must deduce from my words that I am being angry and derogatory however the words are just random for the purpose of this blog.

If however you are reading the above and thinking “Why is Kingsley angry, what did I do”? – this would be another example of Mercury in Pisces.  Mercury in Pisces has known to be confused, misinterpreted and a great disguiser of the facts.

Mercury in Pisces can get the facts wrong and hear surreptitious meanings in words when none are expressed. Of course Mercury in Pisces can also be extremely creative and use poetic or philosophical words.

Mercury in the watery sign of Pisces – designs his words to lessen confrontation in relationships. He either lies or hopes the words are understood in complex ways by others.

Social networking is a huge concept these days and many people use Facebook in the way its designed by leaving statements about themselves and also make comments to others.

In my estimation Facebook promotes the use of minimalistic words. That means one is invited to express something about their life in very small statements. It pays to be simplistic and basic with ones words to avoid double meanings.

If Mercury in Pisces enters the Facebook arena it is quite possible that some statements may be confusing to some friends. There is a good chance other “friends” may think messages are really for them.

Perhaps in the quiet of six different loungrooms – friendships and relationships begin to deteriorate because Mercury is being indirect and non confrontational in Pisces.

Yeah K… i don’t understand facebook. It is fun in a non-relational way though. I mess words up too – just yesterday i began reading stuff on communication and WOW! I block communication in every way they mentioned. I use those blocks all the time!

    So disappointing! *pouts*

Sounds like you are doing some good work Roses. Just remember that everyone goes though some awkward moments in self development.
